This guy was uttarakhand's CM for 4 years and didn't do 4 groundbreaking things in that time period. Has brought shame with his pointless statements. His failures are countless but here are some of them: 1. He didn't do anything to stop all weather road construction, which has destroyed uttarakhand's ecology and environment. 2. UKPSC exams have not been conducted since 2014, unemployment in Uttarakhand is at it's peak, and his only focus was on pleasing modi when he came to Uttarakhand. 3. Instead of solving the issue of kawar yatra, when residents of rishikesh and Dehradun suffer a lot by having to tolerate law breaking fools that only come to cause a ruckus and pollute the city, this guy chose to shower them with flowers to gain a hindu leader image among other BJP leaders, while completely turning his back towards the people of his state. 4. This guy publicly humiliated a female school teacher that needed to be transferred and he suspended her instead. Meanwhile his own wife had been posted in same govt school as a teacher for 20 years in dehradun, where transfer policy dictates that a teacher posted in easily accessible area should be transferred to rular area after few years of duty.
